Pledge helped restore my Great-Grandpa's radio

I recently inherited my Great-Grandpa's radio from the early 1900's. My mom brought it to me in the condition it had been in since my Great-Grandpa passed away. It had made it's way from North Dakota, to Wisconsin, to Minnesota and finally up to me in Manitoba, Canada. It was a little worn, a few buttons missing and the wood was very light and grey. Since it had made such a long journey through the course of it's life, I decided I should give it a good cleaning and decided to use Pledge. I had no idea what the radio looked like in it's newer form, so you could imagine my surprise when the light-grey wood changed to a beautiful dark cherry color...all with Pledge. The change in color was so dramatic and the wood was so dry, it was as if I took a paint brush and with one stroke, the color had changed. I love having this piece back in my home and will cherish it for a long time.
