I read the question that Vera from toronto posted, and was wondering when you will begin producing the refills again. I think its ridiculous to buy a product and not be able to use it anymore. That is just corporate making the consumer keep buying and buying. – Maria from Akron

Hi Maria, Thanks for the opportunity to share some more information about products that are no longer produced. We can understand your frustration and we want you to know that the decision to discontinue a product is never an easy one. However, much as we hope they will be all loved by consumers, some products are not as popular as others. Like any business, we have to keep our focus on the products our consumers like the most, so we do sometimes have to discontinue certain items. Once that decision is made, however, we do try to sell the remaining stock of the product to get as many as we can into the hands of consumers who want them, and to ensure that products aren’t needlessly wasted.
