There comes a point in everyone’s week when they just want to go out to dinner instead of preparing one. You’re tired. You had a stressful day. You were distracted and only managed to get one thing marked off your to-do list. In managing the chaos, you forgot all about dinner.

So now the trick is finding a restaurant to feed your family without spending a fortune. Below are a few mobile restaurant apps that will help you feed your family without breaking the bank.

Restaurant.com – This app shares great on-the-go deals, including a list of offers and deals for restaurants in your neighborhood.

Valpak – This app provides a list of geo-targeted retailers and restaurants with a current Valpak coupon for purchase. For extra convenience, offers can also be viewed on a map and purchased directly from your mobile device on your way to the restaurant. Don’t worry about printing coupons on the go, instead you simply show the QR code on your phone to your server for redemption.

Groupon – I recommend checking the Groupon mobile app every few days to see if any restaurants have posted deals. I’ve seen offers for all different types of restaurants, from major national chains to local diners and dives.

With these apps, you’ll be able feed your family in a snap, try new restaurants in your area and save money while you’re at it!
